Work Style Assessment
This test will help identify your work style preferences and how you naturally approach tasks, collaboration, and problem-solving. Why is this important? A job role that matches your work style will be less stressful and allow you to feel more comfortable in the work you do. Work that is a bad match for your preferred work style will require more energy and increases your chances of burnout or stagnation.

Big Five Personality Assessment (IPIP)
The Big Five Personality Assessment explores your personality across five fundamental dimensions that shape how you think, feel, and behave. This is the Goldberg (IPIP) version, a concise measure of the Big Five traits: Stability, Extraversion, Openness, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness.
Communication Style Assessment
Communication is the cornerstone of being human. The way you present yourself to others, share your thoughts and emotions, and communicate with colleagues, employees, and customers has a huge impact on your ability to succeed in the workplace. This test measures how you appear to others and gives you a framework for communicating more effectively.
