  Statistical Validation Engine Running

  The automated statistical validation pipeline is now operational, enabling continuous item analysis as new participant data arrives. This will speed up test development and validation time and allow me to add new tests to the platform more quickly.

  Organizational Culture Assessment Created

  A new Organisational Culture (desired and current) assessment is now in validation. This test looks at an organisation's culture in the Competing Values Framework.

  Validation Pathway Built

  The validation pathway is now built, allowing new assessments to be added to the system and go through the validation process. This allows visitors to the site to take a known test alongside a new test. This will allow for quicker test validation and statistical item analysis.

  Communication Styles Assessment Created

  The Communication Styles assessment is now in validation, helping individuals understand how they communicate and how to adapt to the styles of others. I like this model because it correlates strongly with the Competing Values Framework.

  Adrift released to public

  Adrift is now live! The first version of the platform is up and running, and I am excited to share it with the world. The first test to be launched on Adrift will be a Work Styles assessment, which will provide insight into how individuals prefer to approach their work.

  Work Styles Assessment Created

  The Work Styles assessment was the first instrument launched on Adrift, providing insight into how individuals prefer to approach their work. I have built work style tests that map onto the Competing Values Framework with 8 traits, but this one is a more general test that looks into 4 styles with a closer relationship to the CVF. I am looking at trait names that are more intuitive and less technical what about 'Catalyst', 'Navigator', 'Guardian', and 'Compass' as trait names?

  Adrift in Development

  Adrift is in development, what will a test runner (coach) see? How will the test taker experience the tests? What will the results look like? These are all questions that I am working on answering as I build out the platform. The first test to be launched on Adrift will be a Work Styles assessment, which will provide insight into how individuals prefer to approach their work. I need to find a good public domain test to use as a reference test for validation, and I am considering the Goldberg Big 5 as a potential candidate.
